If you need to report an urgent issue outside our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) relating to noise, smoke nuisance, pollution, sewer or water issues, stormwater or animal issues, please call us on 570 6666 so we can attend to your issue while it is occurring.
Non-urgent reports made outside of business hours will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.
