If you are reporting an urgent issue at any time, call (04) 570 6666.
Urgent issues include dog attacks, noise or smoke nuisance, pollution, and sewer, water, or stormwater issues.
Non-urgent issues
Reports made outside of business hours (Monday–Friday 8am-5pm) will be looked at on the next business day.
