1. Register Your Account
You can register which will enable you to track the status of any cases that you have raised.
Step-by-Step Registration Process
- Go to the Homepage: https://my.huttcity.govt.nz and click Log In.
- Choose Sign Up Now: You will be directed to a new page. Click the blue Sign up now link. Alternatively, you can sign up or sign in with Google by selecting the Sign in with your social account Google tab.
- Enter Your Email: Type in your email address and click Send verification code.
- Verify Your Email: You will receive a verification code via email. Enter the code in the registration form.
- If you don’t receive the code, click Send new code and check your spam/junk folder before requesting again.
- Complete Initial Details: Once your code is verified, fill in the required details and click Create.
- You will see your name in the top right hand corner now
- By clicking on your name you will see the cases you raised and the status of these
Signing Up or Logging In with Google
To use your Google account for registration or login, select the Sign in with your social account Google tab on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions through the Google sign-in system. Click Continue, confirm your details, and verify your email address as above. Once completed, you will be logged into Te Manu Kairangi and you will see your name in the top right hand corner..
2. Log In to Your Account
To view case status log into your account. You can create new cases while logged in as well.
Logging In: Step-by-Step
- Go to the Homepage: Click the blue Log In button on the home page.
- Proceed to Login/Register:
- Enter Credentials: Fill in your email address and password, then click Sign in.
- You will be automatically signed in. Your account name should be visible at the top right corner, confirming a successful login.
